Spring Fair at St. John Regional Catholic School

Join us for the 30th Anniversary of the SJRCS Spring Fair! This year’s event is being held at Tree Trekkers, an adventure park that features 14 unique trails of ropes courses and ziplines through 30 acres of protected forest. The courses include 7 levels of difficulty, 250+ obstacles and 30+ ziplines. When you’re not enjoying the adventure courses, you can enjoy lots of additional entertainment including: performances by our Munchkins (PK and K students) and our 3rd graders, a Pirate Magician show, face painting, grounds games (corn hole, giant Jenga, gaga ball), kid fun (rock painting, scavenger hunt and bubble fun), Bingo and Karaoke.

Timber Trek Adventure tickets purchased from St. John Regional Catholic School are a fundraising item for the fair. They will grant you access to all of Tree Trekkers trails, obstacles and ziplines for 2 hours and include an additional 30-minute training and practice session at the beginning of your adventure. Anyone 4 years old and above can participate. Children 4-7 require an adult to accompany them. There is a minimum weight of 30lbs and a maximum weight of 250lbs. These tickets are a great deal as they typically run $49 per person. Please be advised that there are park guidelines (waiver requirement, what to wear, etc.) that must be adhered to in order to participate so please see the Spring Fair packet or the Tree Trekkers website to ensure you’re prepared.

Everyone is welcome whether planning to climb/zipline or not. There is no cost to enter but everyone is required to complete the online waiver prior to the event. Sign the waiver for our event at: https://pos.treetrekkersmd.com/treetrekkers/event/join/15418-5a80. There’s lots of other entertainment throughout the day. Please refer to the schedule below to see specifics. The Adult and Children’s baskets will be onsite to peruse and cast your raffle tickets. Make sure you check them out and buy and/or distribute your raffle tickets by 7pm in advance of the raffle at 7:30. (Need not be present to win)

Donuts and coffee will be available for purchase in the morning. Food platters, “a la carte” items and snacks will be available throughout the afternoon and evening. All profits from sale of these food items directly go to SJRCS. Please make sure to purchase these items from the SJRCS table/tent on the day of the fair if not pre-purchased. Tree Trekkers may have their “Doggy Dogs” snack shack open and any items not purchased through us do not benefit the school. Kona Ice will also be onsite and 25% of profits go back to the school.

Fair packages and “A la carte” items can be purchased online at MySchoolBucks or via the order form in the Spring Fair packet. In the event that Tree Trekkers has to close due to inclement weather, the Spring Fair will be cancelled and purchasers will receive a Tree Trekkers Timber Trek Adventure ticket to be used anytime during this season at the park. Raffles will still be held at another date and time. No refunds.
